• Onboarding - What is the purpose? what is the long term vision? why are we bringing in new members, to what end?
• Branding - What are the experiences that community members and external parties have with the DAO? What are the core messages they are taking away? What do we embody and are we communicating that effectively?
• Structure - What is the process from a DAO member having a creative spark, an idea, to sharing and mobilizing as a community to fan those flames and bring that project to life? What does each component of the DAO’s infrastructure serve and how can we best streamline a process with security, integrity and accessibility in mind? Where do we store files? How do larger scale projects get built? How do we ensure effective and clear lines of communication across the DAO and within teams? Are we scalable?
• Treasury - Potential growth strategies? Do they align? What are the costs? Cost efficiency? Mobilizing the collective expertise of the community.

Being worked on/in the pipeline:

1. Finalizing and updating Onboard documents with the view to having Onboarding ready within w/c 17.1.22. Updating Discord accordingly.
2. Completing infrastructure review and creating work spaces, file stores. Ensuring documentation is created to guide new and existing members alike through the different components of DAO operations.
3. @[redacted] assembling team for FAQ bot.
4. Assembling a team to produce our Onboarding presentation video.
5. UTC considerations and logistics for meetings and events.
